In a small bowl, mix together the instant coffee and hot water until the coffee granules have dissolved.
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm Nammilk Fresh Milk until hot, but not boiling.
Add the Nutella to the hot milk and stir until it has melted and fully combined with the milk.
Pour the coffee mixture into the Nutella and milk mixture and stir well.
Pour the Nutella coffee into a mug.
Top with ice cubes. Serve and enjoy!
