Lunchbox Pancakes

Fresh Milk Full Cream


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour.
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda.
  • ½ teaspoon salt.
  • 2 cups Nammilk Fresh milk.
  • 2 eggs.
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil.


  1. Into a large mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients including the eggs and mix together untileverything is well incorporated.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Heat up a medium sized frying skillet and about a tablespoon of oil.
  4. Add 1/4 cup’s worth of batter to the heated pan and fry on the first side for 4 minutes and for about aminute on the second side.
  5. Once they are cooked, remove from pan and place on a paper towel.
  6. Make sure they cool off completely before you pack them into the lunchboxes.
