Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Fresh Milk Full Cream


  • 4 cups (960 ml) Nammilk Fresh Milk Full Cream.
  • 1 cup (120 g) sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.


  1. Combine the milk, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl and use a large spoon to stir the ingredients together.
  2. Continue stirring until all the sugar has dissolved.
  3. If you have an ice cream maker, process the mixture for about 20 minutes until it has thickened.
  4. Pour the mixture in an airtight container and place in the freezer.
  5. Stir every 4 hours.
  6. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture in a shallow dish and place in the freezer.
  7. Stir the mixture every 2 to 4 hours.
  8. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  9. Top it up with your favourite toppings and serve!
