Dalgona Coffee

Try this super fluffy trendy Dalgona Coffee on World Coffee Day - or any other day. Add ice cubes to make it the perfect iced coffee drink!

Product to use

Fresh Milk Full Cream

Ingredients

2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
2 tablespoons instant coffee.
2 tablespoons cold water.
Nammilk Fresh Milk Full Cream, for serving.
Ice cubes, for serving.

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water.
Using a hand mixer or a whisk, vigorously whisk until the mixture turns silky smooth and shiny. Then continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape.
Put some ice cubes into a glass and pour in Nammilk Fresh Milk Full Cream.
Scoop your whipped coffee mix on top of the milk.
Admire your artwork and then enjoy!
