Creamy Eclairs

Whip up your own creamy éclairs this weekend with this sweet recipe!

Product to use
Fresh Cream


  • 1 cup water.
  • 1/2 cup butter.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 cup cake flour.
  • 4 large eggs.
  • 2 cups Nammilk Fresh Cream.
  • 1/4 cup sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence.
  • Melting chocolate.



  1. Combine 1 cup of water, half a cup of butter, and 1/2 a teaspoon of salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Remove pan from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of cake flour.
  3. Return to a medium heat and stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Allow to cool before mixing in 4 large eggs.
  5. Transfer onto a baking tray in 3 to 4 tablespoon moulds.
  6. Bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cool, split each pastry into two pieces.

Cream Puff filling

  1. Pour 2 cups of Nammilk Fresh Cream into a mixing bowl and whip on high speed.
  2. Gradually sprinkle in a quarter cup of sugar as well as 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  3. Whip until mixture is stiff and then spread between pastries.
  4. Layer with melted chocolate and decorate with fresh strawberries.
